Office Policies
At Kisha Cares, our goal is to provide high-quality, thoughtful, and accessible care to every patient. To support this commitment and ensure fairness, safety, and availability for all patients, we have established the following office policies.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as these guidelines help us maintain an efficient schedule and continue providing personalized, attentive care.
Medication Refill Policy
Please allow up to 72 hours for all medication refill requests.
Medication refills are processed during normal business hours and require review before approval. To help us prevent delays, please submit refill requests as early as possible and avoid waiting until you are out of medication.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide consistent and reliable care.
No-Call, No-Show Policy
Patients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment and do not provide advance notice will be consider a no-call, no-show.
Missed appointments without notice disrupt scheduling and limit access to care for other patients
New Patients
New patients who no-call, no-show for their initial appointment will not be permitted to schedule another appointment unless they speak directly with Kisha and the restriction is removed at her discretion.
Established Patients
Established patients who no-call, no-show for an appointment will be assessed a $50 no-show fee, which must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments.
We kindly ask that patients notify the office as soon as possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment.
