With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, Kisha Howard-Schramm has dedicated her career to helping people feel their best — inside and out. Beginning as a bedside nurse in high-acuity units such as the NICU, PICU, and pediatric emergency/trauma, she developed not only a sharp clinical skill set but also a deep commitment to compassionate, individualized care.

For the past decade, Kisha has served as a Family Nurse Practitioner, building trusted relationships with patients across all stages of life. That same dedication to listening, understanding, and personalizing care is what inspired her to expand into the field of aesthetics.

Kisha Cares Aesthetics was founded on the belief that wellness and confidence go hand in hand. Offering Botox and dermal fillers in a safe, professional environment, Kisha combines her extensive clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver results that are natural, subtle, and uniquely tailored to each client’s goals.

Her mission is simple: to help clients look refreshed, feel confident, and embrace the best version of themselves—without losing what makes them uniquely beautiful.

Outside of work, Kisha finds joy and balance in family life with her husband, James, and their three children, James, Bella, and Nathan. Whether at her practice or in her aesthetics studio, she believes care should always come from a place of honesty, trust, and genuine connection.
